	Password Protection The Smartlaunch Administrator is protected with a username and password. When an employee logs in he or she can see the last time the cashier window was opened. If the cashier window has not been closed this will be indicated.
	Start a New Session Start a new Pay & Play session in just a few clicks. It is also possible to group your computers into layout groups, making it easy to get an overall view of your computers.
	Control the Client Volume Control the volume of your computers directly from the Smartlaunch Administrator – especially useful if your headphones/speakers do not have a volume control.
	Quick Login Use the quick login feature to start either a Pay & Play or a Play & Pay session. You can also choose to continue an ongoing session.
	Reset Unfinished Sessions Quickly reset any unfinished sessions before starting a new session.
	Cashier with POS Support The central cashier window is used to sell products. It is also used to start prepaid sessions at one or more computers. Full POS functionality includes barcode scanners, receipt printers and cash drawers.
	Prepaid Tickets Sell prepaid tickets from Smartlaunch. Change is calculated as the employee types in the amount he or she has received.
	Error Report System Use the error report system to report errors which cause the employee to set a computer as out of order.
	Shift Manager Finishing a shift has never been easier. The built-in shift manager guides your employees through the process of counting the money in the cashier window and doing a stock count.
	Easy Account Management The account management screen. View detailed information on your user accounts or perform actions such as adding time or withdrawing money.
	View Personal Information View the personal information of all your users. The information can be edited directly from the Smartlaunch Administrator.
	Edit Account Options Make changes to a member’s current user group or extend his or her membership. You can also specify an individual credit limit disallowing a user to owe amounts above this limit.
	Waiting Line Support The waiting line feature makes it easier to handle situations in which people are waiting for a free computer.
	Edit the Current Waiting Line The waiting line screen displays the people currently on the waiting list. You can move customers up and down on the list and forecast when they can expect a free computer.
	Launch Programs from The Administrator Launch a program directly from the Smartlaunch Administrator. No need to launch programs from each individual computer.
	Stock Management The Smartlaunch Stock Management function enables you to keep track of stock levels. You will receive a warning when a product reaches the limit of your choice.
	News & Events A complete news and event centre enables you to write news which can be displayed on both the client computers and your website. You can also create events to which customers can register directly from the client computers.
	Cash Reports A typical cash report in the Smartlaunch system. Every product is listed with a specification of the amount sold and how much TAX/VAT was received.
	View Old Shift Reports Browse through old shift reports or generate an interim statement for the time span of your choice.
	Generate Mutiple Prepaid Tickets Generate multiple tickets at once. Choose different parameters such as type, e.g. a fixed amount or an offer. You can also choose to have the generated tickets printed while they are being generated.
	View Prepaid Tickets A separate screen displays all the tickets you have generated. You can choose to sell them directly from this screen or you can print them for future sale.
	Integrated POS Functionality The end session function is fully integrated with the POS functionality in the Smartlaunch Administrator. For instance, the attached cash drawer will open as soon as you press the Pay button.
	Booking System One of the latest additions in Smartlaunch is a built-in booking system, which keeps a list of reservations of people coming to your gaming center.
	Adding a Booking Specify some simple paramters when you make a booking.
	End Session The End Session box will pop up when a customer has logged out from a computer or a prepaid time session has ended. From this box, you can easily and conveniently end the session.
	Usage Reports #1 Generate statistical graphs showing the usage in your café. The graph can be customised in many ways – for instance, you can group the results by hours, days, weekdays, months and years.
	Usage Reports #1 A usage report sorted by hours. This usage report is also divided into different user groups.
	Employee Statistics Generate financial reports that display the products, offers and time sold by your employees (in DKK).
	Application Statistics Optimise your selection of games and programs – locate and uninstall never-used games.
