DreamHack coming to Mumbai in December

Popular PC gaming festival DreamHack– which holds a Guinness world record for the largest LAN party – is making its way to India in December. Nodwin Gaming, an Indian eSports company, confirmed that the festival will take place in the western city of Mumbai.

DreamHack Mumbai has been birthed, taking place over December 21st-23rd, as DreamHack has entered partnerships with both Nodwin Gaming and Viacom18. Over the three days, there will be a LAN party, tournaments include the likes of Dota 2 and CS:GO as well as a mobile cricket event. The action will be streamed live on VOOT.

DreamHack has shown significant growth internationally this year, entering new markets while making the most of its existing partnerships. The company has also announced a partnership with Rotterdam Ahoy, bringing its trademark gaming festival to the Netherlands. The deal with Rotterdam Ahoy, as well as DreamHack’s entry into India comes after the company added three new members to its global brand partnerships team.
