DreamHack has partnered with Esport-Management and ZOWIE to launch DreamHack Showdown, an all-women Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) tournament. The inaugural DreamHack Showdown will take place during DreamHack Valencia on July 5-7.

DreamHack Showdown will feature eight teams: two will be invited and the rest will play qualifiers from Europe, North America, and Asia. Every region gets two slots for the event.

DreamHack Showdown will be the third big event dedicated to women’s CS:GO community in 2019. Both the Intel Challenge Katowice and the WESG World Finals Female were played last March, alongside the IEM Katowice Major and the WESG World Finals.

Teams can sign up for the regional qualifiers through the event website.
