In the fight against the pandemic COVID-19, the gaming industry is joining forces from across the globe and together organizing “Stay Safe! Jam”, from March 27th to March 29th. This event is launched by Nukklear, which has previously held “A Game Jam”, where games developers are brought together in one place, and work in different teams to develop games in a short amount of time.
StaySafe! Jam encourages all participants work remotely from home, to create a new game within 48 hours. The theme of the 48-hour challenge is the current pandemic, allowing games developers to tap into creative and diverse approaches; whether abstract or concrete, humorous or critical, and make it into a game.
